You will be given the returns address in an authorisation email after contacting us.
- Item(s) must be in original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages - please send using a tracked shipping method.
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as earrings.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
