If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items by reaching out to us at within 7 days of when your order was received. 

You will be given the returns address in an authorisation email after contacting us.

  • Item(s) must be in original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages - please send using a tracked shipping method.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. 
Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as earrings. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In the unlikely event, if for any reason your order is faulty or incorrect, please email us ASAP with your order details and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. For faulty items, we request that you please also include a photo of the fault.
