Republic of Ireland orders are sent with Anpost, tracked and signed. Delivery time is 2-4 days after processing time.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email receipt. If you have not received this email please contact us immediately.
Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number. This will enable you to check the progress of your package.
If for any reason there is an issue with your order and it cannot be shipped on time we will let you know.
We entrust that our couriers will deliver your package on time. We are not responsible for late shipments due to weather problems, holidays, natural disasters, strikes or carrier delays. In the unfortunate event of a delayed delivery, shipping costs will not be refunded. We cannot be held responsible for undeliverable parcels and additional charges may apply if a delivery is returned to the shipper.
We are not held responsible for any customs fees in your country, holding times or incorrect shipping information provided.
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package.
If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order, you will be immediately notified and refunded the full amount including shipping charges.
Our creative head office is based in Dublin, we ship some products from Dublin, however we manufacture and ship other products directly from our two warehouses in China, as a result your order may sometimes arrive to you in separate packages.
If this is the case, you will have been sent separate confirmation emails with each individual tracking numbers.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items by reaching out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of when your order was received.
You will be given the returns address in an authorisation email after contacting us.
Item(s) must be in original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages - please send using a tracked shipping method.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as earrings.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In the unlikely event, if for any reason your order is faulty or incorrect, please email us ASAP with your order details and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. For faulty items, we request that you please also include a photo of the fault.
